| We have historical evidence of a Jesus of Nazareth in multiple factual documents, so yes, Jesus was a person who lived in the middle east in ancient times who taught very Buddhist like lessons. We don't know if he claimed to be the son of god, or if that was just written about him. Also, the story of Noah and the Ark is taken from the flood of Gilgamesh, which would have, at the time, seemed like the entire world to the nomadic peoples who hadn't ventured beyond the area. | |

k so my response to people saying the world is millions and billions of years old is that in the Bible it says that in God's eye, one day is like thousands of years. so the seven day process could have been a really long time lol

Our complex human bodies. Our beautiful world filled with beautiful things inside of it. These things were created with a purpose and these things did just happen by chance. Ok, im Christian/Cathlic i DO believe in god, but i just have a cool come-back type thing, These things COULD happen by chance because space in FILLED with universes and galaxes, imagine it like being bubble wrap, imagime the little pockets of air as a galaxe, the bubble wrap is spread the size of a football field, there is bound to be a galaxie with living life form like us. And our bodys HAVE to be compex if we wanna have a fully funcional body. And another little thing is couldn't the "Bible" be wrong? Couldn't the people of Nazarets or whatever be wrong? They could be thinking of aliens as god back then, why do you think all religions point up?

| Christian history would refer to Christians as a specified group, not the bible timeline. During the crusades, those who subscribed to the western version of Christianity (the part that made catholicism, evangelism, protestantism, etc.) killed off the middle eastern Christians because they didn't have the same belief structure. The Middle eastern Christians thought about Jesus' teachings as more of a non-literal moral guide, with heaven being a state of consciousness, and read the bible in it's entirety including the gnostic gospels and the other lost gospels(e.g. the gospel of Judas.) The same middle eastern Christians and the followers of Islam are who you can thank for keeping those gospels safe from the destruction of the crusades. | |

| Yes there are Johnathon. In the book of Job they talk of a long necked creature coming out of the water. I don't fully remember but it was in my Dinosaurs of the bible cd.
