are trucks sold along with wheels?

just wondering if i can buy some kind of set that brings both the trucks and the wheels without the deck. or do i buy them seperately. and it would be nice for some wheel and truck brand reccomendations

They are sold separately. Wheels vary with prices. Oaks are like 40 something dollars while you can get some NC V4s for like 25. With trucks you are limited to YTrucks, BRR trucks, and TD trucks, unless you can score some Helios from Toasty himself.

What about no comply trucks? I was looking at those.
Also are brr trucks worth it? I mean geez. They must be the best out there for that price.

I don't think BRRs are worth it, the turning is realistic but they look like the trucks wally world sells on skateboards.

No comply trucks are almost like TD trucks, but better. If you want realistic, you should go with ytrucks or Beg on your hands and knees to toasty for helios(which I defo think are worth the price) I'm really liking my Ytrucks right now.

Ill check out those ytrucks. Where can I get those?

Helios.. rare as, well, they're rare.

Anyways, Helios work with any wheel, and they turn them into backless wheels, and you don't even need washers. That's what I love about them.

I can't say nc trucks are better than td trucks. I'm could be wrong but I believe they're just painted td trucks. Regardless, there isn't a difference in performance or looks.

^Bobby is right. You can buy 100 sets of fingerboard trucks on eBay that are factory painted. Nothing new.

But are tech deck trucks even worth having?

if you have wides and your cheap, then yes. If you want to go hardcore, then no.

the only problem is the price range jumps.

it can skip from 7 to 50 really fast, then to 80

I'd buy shaped trucks. They perform well and are cheap.

Shaped CloseUp trucks preferably if you can get them cheap, as they have single axles. My problem with BRRs is that with as many replaceable parts as they have, you have a habit of losing things, and the whole replaceable axle thing just causes way too many problems. I tried my friends BRRs and for the price, I don't think they are worth it.
