If you can do Mauro's properly, it would work uber well with concrete. Your best option so far is concrete.

Bondo is going to fail. I know from my own deck making experience with the deck making part of pushwood. Concrete will have to be sanded and any holes filled with more concrete, then covered with packing tape to make sure that you have the smoothest surface being applied to the veneer. You'll need a really strong metal vice to press with or your deck will have warps or slight inconsistencies.

No, I'm talking about the high carbon, high density polyurethane foam. The stuff that's harder than steel. No Comply uses the same thing as Jordan Green.
