| i am not here to spam, but jace sent my package in november which is supposed to be an xmas present for a friend. aika apologised and resent a package to me a few days after christmas but i have yet to receive it. it has been close to 1 month and i told them i have yet to receive it, and request priority mail but aika told me that i was lying. i am very disappointed in jace and they blame it on me when the stuff has not arrived in 3 months in total. this is fucked up. anyone has suggestions on what should i do? | |

| shes not, its probably the international shipping, she was nice to resend it, the 11st time, i dont think shes about to resend a package 3 times, most companies are sure you know that once they mail it, it is out of there hands they cannot replace stolen or damaged items | |

| i ordered when they were rehanded the company. bloody hell this is mean
i know aika isnt the scammer type, but still this is really gay, i paid 4 bucks for shipping, and they screw up, not only once but twice. at that price i pay, there should have been a tracking number, but i trusted jace. yet really, i am terribly disappointed. really, disgusted by jace and their attitude :
