Concave?

I tried making a mold once but it cam out pretty bad, i want my mold to actually have a good shape to it, not like a tech deck with a little higher kicks, if you mold a tech deck, with improved kicks can you still widen your deck later? i want my decks to be like 27-28mm and tech decks are like 2 haha. Also, if so, how do you put concave on a tech deck, i tried and i tried i ruined like 8 decks, and still could not do it, i even heated it up untill the deck was melting. Could someone please help me?

dont mold a tech deck... if you want wide decks with a molded techdeck it will give you big mold marks and it will be crap... mold it around an evolve for sick concave and stuff

How do i protect a deck form getting concave on it?

what? that doesnt make sence you cant protect a deck from, getting concave on it lol concave is a part of the deck! lol it doesnt spread...

if you ment bondo... then just cover it in selotape and make it neat.

put the sticky tape on it... then spray with pam or use vasaline

erm if u wanna make decks of all sizes, i have a good idea that worked out pretty well

use a molded piece of sheet metal and make a square mold
