Advise from you guys.

Several people have told me they don't think X-ROD is a good moderator. Tell me why you guys think this? And, if I was to give a different member moderator privileges... who should it be? Also, if you think YOU deserve to be a moderator, tell me why. Thanks!

X-rod is a great guy... but because this forum is growing we need active moderators... and obviously x-rod isnt one of them... atm its just me and john who are good active moderators that are online everyday... thats why i think x-rod should be demoted and for 3 new modss to take place...

yeah i was just saying that to hunter and i think i told you to john... keaton puts people right when they are wrong and he is an all round nice person Go Keaton... but as i was saying to hunter we need at least 5 active mods around here so that us 2 (me n john) dont have so work for the mods that arnt working... in a way its not fair on us... doing the work for the others... buy HEY lets get that sorted... i say 3 more mods

and keaton should be one of them!

i do... i think it would cut down work alot more... with christian no longer on and for some reason nor is denis that makes just 2 mods and 1 admin and it isnt enough... well thats my opinion

i agree with harvey but there should be like 4 so that atleast one is active per 2-4 hours
and it would be very cleaned up and organized with a few more here.

hello guys. just coped abit with my exams so i can post right now. kind of a seriously important topic. honestly imo the guys who mod now are only harvey and john.

i think i could do well as a mod because i am on my computer 8 hours a day because of my new school standards. furthermore i am not in USA so i think it would be good like theres harvey in UK and some in US and me in asia, we have a 100% 24/7 modded forum

fingerboardspot needs more mods i think 3 would be fair enough because we have some spamming cases here and doubleposting and lag i think it would be good.

well obviously everyone can see here that xrod is a sleeping mod. hes a nice guy but he should know what is his responsibility. the thread is 2 to 3 days old and no response? idk but i think he has some reasons. he was quite active lastime

I try to get on as much as i can.
I have a job, and i do other stuff, I also run a FB company!, which means im busy!
I have also been on a lot of skate demos, and tours with my team. And im in collage, so if you guys have a problem with that, I guess you can demote me. I just have been really busy!
