| trace out an agle that you like on a peice of wood and cut three of them out then put small peices of wood in between of the the three peices like this ( l=l=l ) but make small spaces inbetween each support and put alot in to support it good, then put a peice or wood ontop and on the back of it to support and hide the inside work, and finally take a quick drying epoxy/wood glue/supper glue and glue venneer or thin wood on the curved area
tips: have support layed in a way that it curves with the quarter youcan put more then one layer of veneer on the quater and use thick wood for the base so its stronger and more long lasting and you can use nails
