Potential Ramp Company

alright i can probably tell what you thought upon seeing this thread, that i'm just some noob who's going to make one crappy kicker made of cereal boxes try to sell it for $40 and call it a ramp company. i am serious when i say i am willing to make unique ramps of high quality materials at the fairest price possible. my general philosophy is that i would like to offer the endless seshability of a $1000 park at the price of a much smaller obstacle but at similar quality. one example of how i intend to do this is to make a platform on which there is a halfpipe-like setup made of fairly steep banks with coping with a funbox and a kicker to kicker gap which are seshable in either direction. sounds complicated but i'll post a pic of a 3d model i made in sketchup. feel free to reply with any recommendations for other obstacles, company/obstacle names, adjustment to current obstacle, etc. any and all criticism is welcome . thank you " border="0" alt=""/>

That is very nice!!!!!but instead why dont u put a quarter pipe?instead of the kicker?

looks sick. frickin great idea on the layout of the park.
may look into buying some. make sure you keep us updated.

i'll be sure to update this thread periodically with news. before i make a prototype i need a new saw blade for smoother cuts and a router bit for coping. other than that its just wood, metal stock and glue. i should have all materials and begin working within the week

theres no run up hardly

its only a drawing. he hasnt even made the prototype. there are some flaws.

i know im just pointing it out so he will notice and hopefully get it figured out

you should put some type of rail on the gap

about the runup i am going to make the two kickers into quarter pipes which, with enough tranny, should get rid of that problem. also the actual length and height of each section is always subject to change. and about the rail. the reason i didnt want a rail in there is so you wouldnt have anything in the way of your arm on the half closest to you. and yes i definately plan to make single ramps. especially when it comes time to build a team i'm planning on making a signature ramp for each team member. but other than that i'll most likely offer a kicker, quarter pipe, funbox, eurogap, etc. etc.
