Ok, so one day I was browsing ffi and I click on the videos section. And the newest post was on the thread "Massage Situation". SO yeah, I click it and I start reading the comments in the thread. And I saw rider Chris Daniels, Flatface owner Mike Schneider, and flatface rider Chris Deso say only positive things about this video. So I though "This must be very good". I clicked it and I was amazed, in the first few tricks there was a nollie tre blunt and it was nice. So here is the Interview!



Efbeia: Ok first question!

How are you doing today leland?

Leland: Pretty good and yourself?

Efbeia : Im doing just dandy thanks.
Do you have any sponsors at the moment?

Leland: Recycled and thats it haha.

Efbeia: Haha I see.
Whats your current age?

Leland: I am 14.

Efbeia: Kewl beanz. Where you from?

Leland: Indianapolis, IN

Efbeia: Alrighty. So how long have you been fingerboarding? And how did you get into it?

Leland: Damn ive been fingerboarding since I was in about 4th grade.

Leland: and i remember going to target with my grandmother every sunday and going grocery shopping i would always get a hot wheels car so one day i decided to get a tech deck!

Efbeia: Haha, techdecks are way better then some stupid Hot wheels car! haha.

What is your current setup?

Leland: A techdeck,td trucks,summit bushings and riptape

Efbeia: Very nice, never underestemate the techdeck with riptape!

Are you liking rails more or ledges?

Leland: Gahh thats hard I guess i like rails more

Efbeia: Hmm, any reason why.

Leland: it feels smoother and its easier on the trucks haha.

Efbeia: Haha I see where your coming from.

Efbeia: Ok now, for the most serious question there has been. EVER.

If you had to choose a one thing to eat for 3 months, what would it be?

Leland: I guess shrimp fried rice, haha.

Leland : Its sooo good

Efbeia: I agree, very good indeed.

Leland: haha

Efbeia: Now, who are your favorite fingerboarders?

Leland: God thats hard, how many can I choose?

Efbeia: As many as you want.

Leland: Cool, Chris Deso, Ross Landenberger, Tim Hurley, Don Polarek, John Cowart, Brody Davis, Harold Schon, Eric Smith, Brandon Robert, David Auster, and Mitko Kanev.

Efbeia: I see, all very good choices.
If you have a favorite, what fingerboarding video is your favorite?

Leland: Hmmm, I guess Bacon, eggs and steeze, or SU5.

Efbeia: Do you have any other hobbies?

Leland: Skateboarding, listening to some good tunes.

Efbeia: oOooOo, Whats on YOUR iPod then. haha.

Leland: Too much shit haha

Leland: Nollie and switch tres.

Now for a little update.

I will be doing these "Who is" article things. But not really that often, whenever I see someone who has talent and is underrated. Also if I do one on someone it doesn't mean there on the team, leland is just special. And I know leland isn't that unknown but he sure is on other sites so this is mainly for them.
